What We Offer

Services Designed Around Each Individual

From 24-hour residential care to flexible in-home support, every service we provide is built on one principle: the person we serve is in charge of their own life.

Person-Centered Care in Every Setting

LFP Corporation is a licensed residential and supported living services provider serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout California. We work in close partnership with regional centers, families, and the individuals we support to design care plans that reflect each person's unique goals, preferences, and strengths.

All of our programs operate in full compliance with California Department of Social Services (CDSS) regulations and the federal HCBS Settings Final Rule — ensuring that every setting we operate is integrated, rights-affirming, and truly home-like.

Residential Homes

Safe, comfortable, community-integrated homes with 24-hour support tailored to each resident's individual needs and goals.

Our residential homes are licensed Community Care Facilities (CCF) located in residential neighborhoods throughout California. Each home is staffed around the clock by trained Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who provide individualized assistance with daily living, personal care, health management, and community participation. Homes are designed to feel like real homes — not institutions — with private or semi-private rooms, shared common spaces, and full access to the surrounding community.

  • 24-hour staffing by trained Direct Support Professionals
  • Individualized support plans developed with each resident
  • Assistance with daily living, personal care, and health management
  • Community-integrated locations in residential neighborhoods

Supported Living Services

Flexible, in-home support that empowers individuals to live in their own homes with exactly the level of assistance they choose.

Supported Living Services (SLS) are designed for adults with intellectual disabilities who want to live in their own home or apartment — with support tailored precisely to what they need and want. Our SLS team works with each individual to build skills, manage daily routines, navigate community resources, and pursue personal goals. Support can range from a few hours per week to daily assistance, and is always directed by the individual.

Our staff work alongside each person to identify their interests, build confidence, and remove barriers to full participation in the life of their neighborhood and city.

  • Support for competitive and supported employment
  • Access to recreational, cultural, and social activities
  • Transportation assistance for community outings
  • Volunteer and civic engagement opportunities

Getting Started

Who We Serve

LFP Corporation serves adults (18 and older) with intellectual and developmental disabilities who are eligible for regional center services in California. We work with individuals funded through the California Department of Developmental Services (DDS) and their regional center, as well as individuals and families exploring private-pay options.

1

Regional Center Referral

Most individuals come to us through a referral from their regional center service coordinator. If you are already connected with a regional center, ask your coordinator about LFP Corporation.

2

Initial Consultation

We meet with the individual, their family, and their care team to understand their goals, preferences, and support needs — and to determine whether our services are the right fit.

3

Individualized Planning

Together, we develop a person-centered support plan that outlines the services, staffing, and goals that will guide the individual's care from day one.

4

Placement & Ongoing Support

Once a placement or service agreement is in place, our team provides continuous support, regular check-ins, and plan updates as the individual's needs and goals evolve.
