What You'll Do
- Provide daily living support including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
- Assist individuals in accessing community resources, activities, and social opportunities
- Implement individualized support plans developed with the care team
- Document daily activities, progress notes, and any incidents accurately
- Communicate effectively with families, supervisors, and regional center staff
- Uphold HCBS standards and the rights and dignity of every individual served
What We're Looking For
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check (DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance)
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Genuine compassion and commitment to person-centered care
- Prior experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities is a plus, but not required
