What You'll Do

  • Provide daily living support including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
  • Assist individuals in accessing community resources, activities, and social opportunities
  • Implement individualized support plans developed with the care team
  • Document daily activities, progress notes, and any incidents accurately
  • Communicate effectively with families, supervisors, and regional center staff
  • Uphold HCBS standards and the rights and dignity of every individual served

What We're Looking For

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check (DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance)
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Genuine compassion and commitment to person-centered care
  • Prior experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities is a plus, but not required
