About LFP Corporation
Rooted in Care. Guided by Dignity.
For years, LFP Corporation has been a trusted partner for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and the families who love them — providing residential and supported living services built on respect, independence, and community.
Who We Are
Our Story
LFP Corporation was founded with a single conviction: that adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities deserve to live full, self-directed lives in real homes and real communities — not in institutions, and not on the margins of society.
We began as a small residential care provider in California, working closely with regional centers and families to create living environments where individuals could thrive. Over time, we expanded our programs to include Supported Living Services, giving individuals the option to live in their own homes with flexible, person-directed support.
Today, LFP Corporation operates licensed residential homes and supported living programs throughout California. We remain a family-oriented organization — small enough to know every individual we serve by name, and experienced enough to navigate the complex systems that shape their care.
Small enough to know every individual by name. Experienced enough to navigate the systems that shape their care.

What Drives Us
Mission, Vision & Values
To provide person-centered residential and supported living services that honor the dignity, individuality, and full potential of every adult with intellectual and developmental disabilities we serve — empowering them to live meaningful, self-directed lives in the community.
In California where every adult with an intellectual or developmental disability has access to safe, high-quality, community-integrated support — and where the people who provide that support are valued, well-trained, and proud of the work they do.
Dignity in every interaction. Honesty with individuals, families, and partners. Accountability to the people we serve and the regulations that protect them. Continuous improvement in our practices, our programs, and our people.
Our Principles
What Guides Us
Person-Centered Care
Every decision we make starts with the individual — their goals, their preferences, and their right to direct their own life.
Real Homes, Real Community
We believe in integrated, home-like settings — not group facilities that isolate. Our homes are in neighborhoods, not apart from them.
Rights-Affirming Practice
We actively protect the rights of every individual we serve — including privacy, dignity, freedom of movement, and the right to make choices.
Family Partnership
Families are essential partners in care. We communicate openly, involve families in planning, and welcome their presence and input.
Regulatory Excellence
We meet and exceed California CDSS licensing standards and the federal HCBS Settings Final Rule — because compliance is the floor, not the ceiling.
Staff Development
Our Direct Support Professionals are the heart of our organization. We invest in their training, wellbeing, and professional growth.
